front derailleurs on 83mm bb

Any body willing to try running a front derailleur with a double and bashy set up on a 83mm bb and 150mm rear wheel spacing

Why would you want to? My frame can but I think you have to run one of those snazzy bolt on style front mechs.

Depends, for instance the 2010 Giant Glory DH have square tubing below the seat tube pivot, so there is no way of running a clamp on style front derailleur. (not to be confused with the 2010 Faith)

But I can't see any reason why an E-type set-up wouldn't work?

Glory comps come stock whit a front deraliure so I don't see why not as well.
