Extra info: Just bought an on-one 456 as a project. Looking to put it together at a reasonable cost as the wife is not embracing the n+1 theory.

Wheels, ideally stans or similar, 15ml or qr front, 135x10 rear.
Fork- need straight steerer, 120-140ml
Anything else, let me know what you've got.

Doing this on a budget so can't afford to buy everything at once but will take what I can

I've got a few bits that might be useful (if you're thinking lower cost) I'm close enough to be local (meaning we can meet and exchange).
- 9 speed Shimano set up (slx ehifter, xt long cage mech - no clutch, nice chain and cassette - biggest cog is about 32t I think)
- 2speed slx front shifter and mech (brand new)
- 710mm funn bars
- 680 ish mm syncros bars
- race face ride xc crank with Shimano bb (working quite nicely just now) . BB = 68/73mm. Crank arms are 170mm.
- a few different single front rings. May have a double set up as well.
- a few 20mm front wheels
- 1 135x10 qr rear wheel Mavic Deetrak. Black and in good shape.
- 1 135x10 qr rear wheel sun mtx39 (black) on a funn Bullit hub (white)
- giant 750mm bars
- giant 30.9 seat post
- unused 160mm rotors
- a brand new tapered headset by nuke proof
- da bomb 135x10 32 spoke rear hub.
- hope qr skewer in gold
- various grips
- unclutched sram 9 speed set up - x0 shifter, x9 mech.

There's probably a few other pieces in there as well. I find myself a bit oversupplied at the moment.
