I doubt that we (any elsworth sales staff) would had been taught to sell the bikes around one great big lie?

I don't think Ellsworth realise that the ICT isn't the reason their bikes pedal well... in other words, they're not lying, they're just unintentionally giving incorrect information.

tony ellsworth isnt a engineer but he is said to work with a guy that used
to design car suspension. dont know how much that would help with bikes
but hes gotta know a fair bit i recon.
