Dodgy Ad? - Lapierre X-Flow 712

Doesn't mention brand/model, but looks to be a 2013 Lapierre X-Flow 712. "Brand New" 2013 model? Description lacks the usual detail you'd expect from someone selling what was a fairly high-spec bike.

That guy is selling 5 bikes all up.

All have the same type of unspecific description, all pictures are taken at different locations.... looks super dodgy.

All his for sale bikes are very similar pricing to those on the Bicycle Warehouse site which is currently having a closing down sale. I have no connection but those are the same brands the shop sells. The shop is in Strathpine, near Mango Hill. I tried looking up the ACN but could not find names. My guess is the shop or someone from the shop trying another avenue for selling stock or someone purchased them and trying to onsell with a small profit. The shop had general discount shopwide but a further discount with 5 or more things purchased.
