if you have brakes and a chrome rim, will the chrome eventually come off? or is it permanent? ive noticed mine has a scratch line going around it and i cant find any things stuck to the brake pads that might be making it. any ideas?

It's just rub marks..? Chrome dulls over time I think, you can polish it if it gets bad?

Some shitty branded ones flake over time, but stick with a good brand and you'll be good.
