I never had any issues with loose chainring bolts until I swapped to my Raceface NW. It's a 32t so not the type with the integrated sleeve and thread. I am using shortened regular chainring bolts instead on single ring specific bolts.
After 2 rides, all 4 were half out. I had made sure they were all tight prior to riding so I'm unsure why they loosened up. They all have 243 on them now and no issues.
