Central Coast Mountain bike Club are holding a skills clinic.
Jarrad from Dynamic Cycling Academy is going to mix it up with a tyre changing session in the middle session! I know what your saying "I can already change a tyre!", but can you do it without breaking a sweat or using tyre levers?

Workshop 1 (8:00am-10:00am)
Climbing and descending advanced.
All riders welcomed, aimed at riders that can climb and descend most lines on the trail but want help perfecting their technique.
Workshop 2 (11:00am- 1:00pm)
Tyre changing and general maintenance.
Jarrad guarantees you will learn something new! And it's a great way to ask those mechanical questions you want to know about
CAR PARK
Workshop 3 (2:00-4:00pm)
Ladies and Junoirs rollercoaster descend and long meadows climb.
Focusing on corners, climbing and get comfortable on descents and obstacles.
As usual you MUST be a MTBA license holder. Either a regular annual membership, recreational day licence or Free 8-week trial which can be applied for at http://www.mtba.asn.au/join/
