Running XO cranks, what spacing do you use for spacers on the bottom bracket,
how many spacers on either side of frame, is it 1 either side or 2 and 1?

Can't help too much with forks and shock as I'm running Pikes and DHX5 air on mine.

I'm running XO GXP cranks with a 30 tooth Wolftooth direct mount narrow wide chainring.
I have no spacers on the drive side and 1 standard on the non drive side.
Seems to be the right fit, no play in the cranks and it keeps the chainring in as close as possible to the centre of the cassette.

What's your problem with fork and shock? No air, too much, don't know they use air? You'll need a shock pump or a good friend at the LBS.

That should help you in the way of the fork.
With regard to your BB issues, it all depends on your drive line and chainstay clearence, no two bikes area the same. You're going to need to have a fiddle. (Shouldn't be a chore)
I really don't know what you asking so I can't really help you. You're going to need to define your problem to help yourself I'm afraid.
