Quick edit from the winters edge, Evocities round at Bathurst.
I was marshalling so didn't get all the way around the trail but I think I captured the essences of the trail and race

i'd have to admit when the idea for a track in a paddock was first put forward a few years ago I was s little skeptical but they have come up with a great trail network. Really uses the contours well and plays to the strength of what they had to work with.

As a rider it flows well, the climbs aren't brutal but they make you work. And the downs have you grinning like an idiot.

As a spectator you can see every thing. The mc was able to give blow by blow updates form around the course from his vantage point in the event centre

Ryan glen and every o e else who has lent on a shovel have done a great job. Well worth heading out there for a ride

Hey bud, just checking if this track is open to the public and if so where it is (if I may 'please'). I am heading south for a one week stay in the area to visit family, (in a few weeks time). Not like the trails I ride, but yours look flowy and fun. Not looking forward to the cold though, been living on the Sunshine coast for the last twelve or so years .. Cheers anyway - :thumb:

I won't take any credit for the trail. The Bathurst club, and in particular Ryan, have done a great job with it.
There is a bit about it in the trail building thread

The trails are open. They off the back of my panorama accessed off college road.

The cold might spoil you're enthusiasm but if you want some diversity Kinross is 30min west and Rydal is 30min East. All 3 trails are totally different but complement each other in the differences.

Directions to all three can be found here http://ctmbc.net/rides
