Hey all, this is the first episode of a several episode series that will bring to its viewers the complete picture and story behind the opening of Wollongong's newest bike store, Avanti Plus Wollongong. 5 years in the making, Mark "Kegs" Keegan and wife Fran Connell have opened up shop in advanced premises right in the cbd of Wollongong. Offering a first class bike fitment system, complete workshop with facilities accommodating for every repair possible, including carbon frame repairs as well as a huge range of models in stock on the floor ready to go, Avanti Plus Wollongong brings new meaning to the cliched "one stop bike shop" phrase.
For those of you unfamiliar with Kegs, he is also the Australian juniour DH team mechanic and has ran a well established repair business "Cycle Logic" in the years before opening his shop in recent times.
Episode one provides Kegs' insight into the opening of his shop as well as some riding from him, son Ryan and other shop employee Keiran Volk, as well as an episode two teaser.
