I get mine from Cannondale dealers like Strathpine Cycles or Planet Cycles. It is a part of the Cannondale 2 ring set.

FSA make them so any shop can order from SCV Imports. Just don't get the middle ring to match, expensive, heavy, soft (bend + broken teeth)

i bought one about half a year ago through SCV so things have changed if they're not available. if you get desperate i've got one here, it's worn pretty bad but as there's no shifting ramps you could just run it backwards and get some life out of it. will only cost you the post required. you can have the big ring to match as well if really wanted.
