forks are running pretty smooth, had a few minor dramas with the dampener or somthing like that cause im running way more than the recomended pressure in them. but duncon the great guy at DIY MTB fixed them up and there running better than ever now

and them H3 shocks are freeking sweet.. i was running one on my old dualie until i sold it with the bike but up until then it was just perfect! theres like a billion adjustments on them! there rather expensive but definatly worth it!

How many teeth on the rear cog?

Or what kit did you use, the only one i have found that will go low enough to use an 11 tooth is a gusset one so i am keen to see what you have used.
