08 dhi seat post clamp?????

hey does anybody know how big of a seat clamp i need to get for a 08 gt dhi team, because they are quite big.

any help will be very appreciated.

he doesn't currently have the frame, however when he had i it was obvious that it was a lot bigger than most.
i'm guessing 38mm diameter thereabouts....
what is the largest standard size seatclamp?
