It really depends on product. For your every day items. Replacement derailers and handle bars. Go online. For more complex items like dropper posts spend a little more at LBS and they can organise warranty if needed. It's a pain trying to organise warranty with the uk or USA. Even if they are...

For the bike pictured with the dropper post and the carbon wheelset I could sell it for $3500. But would be pretty firm on that price as the dropper post and carbon wheels were going to the new build. Cheers tommy
