I had a wrong item posted and had to pay a $1 as a new order for them to send the right item. Which they did and it was only a $1 so wasn’t too fussed. One of the Items I ordered came missing 1 part - A part that you really need to make the rest of it work - Contacted Seller thinking well accidents happen - Had to wait 4 days for them to be back in the "Shop" to reply to me - They then asked me to click a link to get the part I was missing ordered - they wanted me to pay $2 to get the part I was missing - I asked him why am I paying for a part you didnt send me that I already paid for - "We can only send you something as part of an order if you want to order something else we can include the part in that order" - Umm No I want to get what I ordered - "No we can only send if you place order" - Ok I will just get a refund then - Ask Ali for refund and seller starts messaging me "cancel cancel - you can still cancel" - I said Cancel what the refund I am not paying for something I paid for - Ali Express stepped in with a resolution I chose refund - they gave me a shipping a label and I sent it back - then 5 days later I get a message Seller is disputing refund we will get back to you - A day later I got full refund
I think it more bothered me as all the reviews for the store were the same - had to pay for the missing item - that coupled with my needs for the product changing - just triggered meI had a wrong item posted and had to pay a $1 as a new order for them to send the right item. cheaper for them than buying fake reviews and sale counts?I had a wrong item posted and had to pay a $1 as a new order for them to send the right item. Which they did and it was only a $1 so wasn’t too fussed.
Ali pretty much told me because I have been a solid customer and spent so much they would give me a full refund. I got to keep the nipples.I always carry puncture repair kits with my commuter and MTB, and ended up with about 10 old kits with the glue dried up from being opened to fix pictures. I thought stuff buying more puncture kits locally for $12 each, easy to just buy five tubes of glue for around $6.
Only one tube turns up, the seller plays games with me until I log a claim, and finally, some of the money is refunded. Not worried about $5 but I gave the seller an opportunity to send the other 5 tubes and fix their mistakes but they denied it.
The more money you spend on Ali the more likely you'll win the cases I've found.
My email when asking what I wanted to do said "As the items you have carry some value if you want a refund you need to return them" - "Normally we would offer a partial refund but the seller wants the items returned" - I think they weigh up the cost of return vs the cost of refund and see from there - Even for Ali these were not cheap items.Ali pretty much told me because I have been a solid customer and spent so much they would give me a full refund. I got this from ebay - I keep em in the shed fridge - I expect they'll last me yearsI thought stuff buying more puncture kits locally for $12 each, easy to just buy five tubes of glue for around $6.
From another seller:So folks, I've seen the Ltwoo reviewed around the web, but just noticed they've now got a 1x12 Gravel Hydraulic setup, including derailleur and using mineral oil... Probably had it out for a year but for some reason hasn't popped up in my searches.

They popped up in my searching as I've very slowly converting an old HT into a dropbar rigid gravel bike, and as everything else in my shed is now 1x12, I'm keen on the gravel bike to be the same.
Only thing that's holding me back is the derailleur capacity, which isn't clearly defined, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to contact the seller to get a clearer answer. If it goes to 51t. I'm in like Flynn!
I did see one the Toobers video reviews mentioning 10-50, hopefully that means a 51t is doable...
Anyone here ordered them yet? And if so, any chance they work with Shimano calipers?
According to these snippets from the RX video:You could test the caliper theory for the rest of us?
It's worth trying. I mixed and matched some AliExpress MTB brakes with Shimano bits. Thanks @oldcorollas & @Labcanary, that's all really helpful. Haha, or not helpful?
But, that, combined with China Cycling's early "launch" review of the RX from a year ago which goes into the background of L-Twoo staffing, plus Trace Velo's in depth 2000km runthrough of the Road RX series & GRT Fitup, has me pulling the trigger on the L-Twoo GRT 1x12 setup, mainly as:

It looks like they've used Shimano compatible pads and fittings, certainly on the caliper end, and in his GRT review at the lever end:

It looks like it uses Shimano barbs, olives and compression fiitings, means I should be able to use the M8100 calipers & lines on this build.
All for a touch more than a single Brifter, and less than a Brifter/Caliper combo.
I guess I'll know in a few weeks! Updates to come...
Stay tuned, I am testing a variation of this today myself. It's worth trying. I mixed and matched some AliExpress MTB brakes with Shimano bits.
Ali caliper with Shimano lever and Ali levers with Shimano calipers. Both variations worked.Product Review - Pro E4 brakes
Item: Pro E4 brakes Purchased From: Ali Express Purchase Price (approx): $150 plus tax/delivery Usage: stopping Pros - Price and looks Cons - Bar clamp is a bit odd and brakes are more about modulation a than outright power Comments: These brakes are pretty much live up to any expectations...rotorburn.com
