Couple of threads on this:

Adelaide Mountain Bike Club have some details on their website of XC areas:
http://www.amtbc.com/content/default.asp
I'm pretty sure both Cromer and Jupiter Creek have seen logging activity recently, so the trails aren't really rideable. Fox Creek and Prospect Hill are the best bets for XC. And the new MTB Park that we aren't allowed to use.

Inside Line has some details for DH:
http://insidelinemtb.com/nuke/index.php
Details can be a little hard to find there, so try the following links:

Kangarilla has some good DH/freeride trails. Just east of Kangarilla itself in the Forestry SA area.

BikeSA has a map of the Fox Creek complex:
http://www.bikesa.asn.au/mtb_projects/cudlee.htm

Adelaide City has a jump park at just off South Terrace and a skate park on North Terrace.

That should suffice for a few days. If you get bored with that lot, I'm sure you will be able to find a number of other areas where bikes aren't allowed, but there are a lot of tyre marks.

Hi Anthonyma
Thanks for the detailed help will review and I am sure I can find something in that lot to do.
Cromer forgot about that place, I used to play tennis there when I was a little thinner
Anyhow you help is appreciated, and I look forward to enjoying SA's tracks.
