Downhill Season

Anyone know where i can find some info about it, i wanna start racing this year, but i don know the dates and stuff. Who should i see about registering and all that. Anyone else doing some/all of the rounds?

Also gotta get my gear sorted out, need a new frame, my current HT is cracked/bent. Might go dual, might be a little easier in the rough stuff. But i love my hardtail too much.

Not too sure really, i'm not really into the race scene but i'm sure heaps of guys on here can tell you. Try http://www.mtba.asn.au/ for starters i guess. Any local clubs up there ??

thanks gutty, thats what ive been looking for. Theres the HVMTB club here, ive gotta give Steve McNaughton a ring to find out about it all.

They only have this season past, it ends 31st of august, so i spose ill have to wait till then. Anyway, ive still gotta get my gear together, and practice. I might start out in sport, im not sure how god everyone else is, so ill play it safe. Im not the best out there, but i can ride a bike. This season started in april, but i think there are races all year round.
