Was a bit surprised noone has posted up a Surge before, so here is mine, just built:
Forks shown at 120mm, as that is where they sit when at 150mm but sagged

Extra Info: These are a limited edition model. 80mm travel, which is great for street, dirt and park riding. White colour, so they look like '06 DJ1's. They have anodised aluminium stanchions, air preload, internal rebound...
Just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem with their forks and knows the best solution. The inside of the dropouts isnt perfectly flat, meaning the wheel doesnt sit straight. I either need to grind off part of my hub flange or part of the dropout on my brand new forks.
