go pro hd hero 2 takes amazing quality footage it is literally flawless on the other hand i have also heard good things about the contour +2 but the previous models of contours are not as good quality.

it Really is up to personal preference, i ride flats and i have been for years, it is because i am used to them.but on the other hand i know many downhill riders that have made the transfer from flats to clips and all of them swear by them.

I think that the tr450 is the best. but rocky mountain isn't far behind.
