From the maps, there is a steep dirt road all the way to the top of Mount Perisher...
From strava, It appears a few people have done summer rides ridden up unsealed access roads to the Blue Cow terminal and Perisher quad mid point.
Looks like it might also be possible to follow roads to the top of the blue cow ridge/summit quads and top of Mount perisher too. But, I can't find...
