...and with differing parts spec in each pic. "What evolution am I buying?"Not so much speak more the photos used in the ads, like close up of all the parts but none of the actual bike.

or the Bike was conveniently wet and or muddy, but not cleaned & dried so we could see any cracks in the frame, or how it's just plain worn out.Not so much speak more the photos used in the ads, like close up of all the parts but none of the actual bike.
Finally tracked a photo down. There’s some scarring where it used to be, but it’s hard to make out so you’ll need to make do with a low res photo from 1999.Pics or it didn’t happen!
Pic must include your tower of bike lights and a schrader valve for verification purposes.

How hard is it to say no or propose a counter offer, it’s not rocket science and I’m not low balling them either you know just $10-20 off a price or ask them to the do price including post etc.
It’s not that freaking hard to say “No”
Had one of those last week when I responded to an ad for a fork. It was an old ad, but 26" stuff isn't exactly the trendy thing, so it's reasonable to assume that if listed the thing is still available. Instead of replying to my enquiry, Pusnuts just deleted the ad....Another one not related to sales speak but when you make an offer or send a message to some dick on Facebook and they read your message but give no answer.
