I bought this frame off @NoFilter for a bargain price as the linkage is shagged, and Xprezo closed up shop a few years ago, leaving the poor girl destined for the scrap heap.

Xprezo was a boutique, hand built frame manufacturer in Canada. Aluminium front triangle, CroMo rear triangle.

Stock photo for now, she is in a million pieces. This was a pre production sample, and nofilter told me Xprezo had failed to heat treat the linkage parts, so the bearings are falling out of their locations.

I’ll make new linkage parts from steel and paint them, they are so small that weight won’t be an issue. Here’s a photo of the linkage bits.

Is your free pink like the stock images Link? Do you think you can run a brain shock on this?

hehe.

yes pink like the pb images.

shock will be a CCDBIL air with the CC bladder fucked off and external rockshox charger bladder in a custom hosing off a short hose I'm thinking.

yeah but that hose is too long, massive pressure drop over 250mm of hose, this is how brains ingest air on big rebound strokes when the damper body oring looses oil pressure and aircan air enters.

Here are the two linkage parts I need to make

I’ll do them in steel, hopefully with IGUS bushings.

4 way chuck and the adjustable reamer here I come.
