Is it worth using Nipple Washers? I have read that they are not necessary.
Also that they are, but have more benefit in non-eyeleted rims.
So far I have only ever built MTB rims with eyelets, so never used them. But my next build I will be some Stans rims with no eyelets.
Should I bother buying/using them??

Yes. Will delay cracking at holes.

Rad i like dirt works. I’m on it. And I’ll grab one of the e13 tyres that’s on special.
DW are great first stop but didn't have enough in the sizes I needed.

Outside of AU?
Bikespokes in UK have a wider range https://bikespokes.uk/
Anthony is very helpful and shipped quickly.

AliExpress:
917 Cycling Store had DT Competition spokes.
Peakbike Store has Sapim brass nipples.

Ok I ordered a 100 pack of Halo double butted spokes (2.0-1.6-2.0)
They come with Nipples which I may or may not use, but I am having trouble finding suitable Nipple washers (And at a suitable price. bloody 20c+ each from these websites listed above!!)
The rims are Stans Flow mk3 and the spoke holes in the rim bed are only 7.5mm
Stans do sell their own washers which are 7.3mm, but they are conical on the bottom... I would have thought flat base would work best for the job they do on these rims.

Anyone got any spare / suitable (need at least 64) they don't need.

Still looking for suitable nipple washers.
Sapim MG ones look perfect, but they are 85c EACH at bikespokes.com.au!!!
They will still be around $45 from ebay. Bloody hell these things should not be this expensive.

I am considering going to the local bolt shop, and getting a pack of 100 flat stainless or brass, but I doubt their ones will be thin enough.

My Halo DB spokes arrived today, and they are NOT the gauge they are advertised to be.
Advertised as 14g-16g-14g which is 2.0-1.6-2.0 ~~ DT comp race
Their spokes actually measure 2.0-1.8-2.0 (2.2 at the bend). ~~ regular DT comps

The Extra thickness at the head is nice, but the extra in the middle is not!

I know this isn't a huge deal weight wise, but annoying that Halo wheels, and everyone who sells their spokes is falsely advertising the size / gauge
