I'm already god. I'm also hoping to have a track that isn't 99% braking bumps.shmity said:Thredbo, no questions asked. Fast, flowy, long, and with chairlifts....steve, if you can get some lifts built for your track you will be god.
I raced there, that track was THE best use of the landscape I've EVER seen. A bit slow and techy for my liking (I like tracks for going fast on, unfortunately it's never me who's going fast on themfastrider gus said:Delehuntie park bikerX... crikey that track is unreal!! its not really DH, but the airtime is unreal and the speed is even better...
for a pure DH track, the best one i've ridden would be Mt bolton just out of ballarat. club mud held one race there and the track was the gnarliest thing ever.. the rocks were amazing and there was a stutter section down a steep chute, the bumps were so big you could hardly hold on and brakes did nothing... it was a more slow and techy track..
unfortunately the owners dont want people riding there anymore....
Oi, stop calling us hackers..............fat old slow blokes maybe, but hackers, no!jedijunglesnow said:Red Hill definately has some good stuff.
The down hill at Mt Majura rules though, and so many different options/tracks to take. I still haven't ridden every one in over a year. Not even close!
Haven't ridden Thredbo yet but I'd love too; Bill from DH Direct and a crew of other hackers are all going tomorrow but I can't go.AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
