What are you listening to NOW?

The Duckmeister

Has a juicy midrange
Very poignant given the shit going down in Ukraine.

"Alarm bells ringing clear break the calm before the fall
Bad news travels at the speed of flight, good news not at all
And here we are again playing endless games of war
Birds of Prey

Without a word of warning, we dive in to attack
Vengeful and self-righteous we turn the blue sky black
And wretched few escape, they'll be forever looking back
At our sacrifice.

And the golden sun is rising
At the dawn of a beautiful day

In the name of all that's holy
In the name of history
In the face of life and nature
We are driven by belief
Our faith a crumbling fortress
Once perfect and sublime
Will fail again and rise again
Until the death, until the death of time."

Lyrics by Ian Gillan.

Seamstress
Been listening Fozzy lately good music when you punching on the keyboard for work and you want to listen to something a little lighter.

Then I found this from their previous album, now I’m no Abba fan actually I can’t stand them even if I know all the lyrics , but these guys actually make this one sound okay.

Likes Bikes and Dirt
Hugo Race doing a tribute gig to the Doors LA Woman at Archies Creek.
Ears are bleeding
Really like to check out the Archie’s Creek pub, they get some great bands through there.

Speaking of country gigs, made it up to Castlemaine on Friday night for a Psychos gig. Every ageing rock dog from a 50km radius was there. Man I felt young

Getting out to live music is wonderful.
Archie's Creek crowd is basically god's waiting room, but it's a great venue.
Hope you went the hack, raged like a lost cause at the PUB
