They're closed for winter until some time in September. I'd say when they call it open it should be good, plus the El Niño thing means it's likely to be drier than usual.
I was in Tumba yesterday and there was some light snow around on the hills. As said they put out some comms when the park re-opens, typically early spring pending temps.
