Well I was just looking for an example pic of why I couldn't wind out my RD b tension enough and found a pic from another forum from @teK-- so thanks tek for the answer that you didn't know I asked - apparently you solved it by cutting this tab down. Something about different RD attachment (this is a new Shimano 11speed deore on an old bike that ran x1 SRAM 11 speed originally)

That might have been something unique to the Rocky Mountain I had at the time, which had Shimano and SRAM specific derailleur hangers. I did this to use a Shimano derailleur on the SRAM hanger.
Being aluminium it wasn't hard to use a mini hacksaw to cut 2-3 mm off that nub.
How budget is budget? MTB Direct has Bike Yoke Divines at an ok price.

I have the budget under seat lever ks something or other on my daily ride. It works plenty good.

I wish the One Up ones were cheaper - have a V2 but in 31.6
I have a Revive which is Super smooth. Fully rebuildable - the Divine auto resets on each drop. Reviews are positive.

I ran a Divine for a while. Great post, well built, reliable, easy to service. I'd say return speed was about average/good - not thunk fast, not too slow.

I decided to go for a Divine over the PNW - it does review well, and I like you can fully rebuild it, and swap the lower tube between 30.9 and 31.6 if you want to move it across bikes.
