Reminds me when I was still
In highscool and the original Valhalla cinema was in Victoria st Richmond we would go to bits of the 24 hour sci fi marathons where they didn’t really seem to care if you were lighting up joints or huffing Amyl up the back.
Also a couple horror fests as well.
Remember waking up at some ungodly hour one of these nights and all my mates had skedaddled.
Maybe they tried to shake me awake who knows.
I started the long walk home still wasted. Started taking off my jumper whilst still walking and all I remember is hearing a huge clang, then stars then I woke up on the footpath with my jumper over my head. I’d literally walked into a metal light pole and knocked myself out.
That was long long walk back home to South Melbourne at 4am.

When i was in primary school one of my friends was really into all the 80s horror icons. He had posters that I found rather scary all over his walls. He would have terrible nightmares, screaming etc in his sleep...sleepovers were pretty wierd!
 
Code 3 on amazon. bit like falling down, bit like mash. part comedy part dark comment on paramedics, bit of 4th wall stuff with Rainn Wilson from the office as the lead. all up well worth a watch
