The last movie you've last watched last

Damn, I haven't watched Bad Taste for years. Remember it surprisingly well though.

Credit where credit's due, Peter Jackson has made a couple of absolute ripper movies that I will definitely go back and watch again someday.
Have you ever seen Bad Taste or Meet the Feebles?

I dont disagree with this. As a teenager I loved meet the feebles! School holidays wpuld rock around, we would converge on a friends house, rip bongs and watch meet the feebles on the regular. In year 10 English 2 of my mates played different scenes from the film to the class as part of their presentation for their assignment reviewing a film. One chose the hippo rampage scene, the other...chose the stage director's song! That scene was cut short.

We were also sizable fans of wierd Al's vidiot.

One battle after another. I really enjoyed it as a fun watch and I’ve always really liked Sean penn and he was brilliant in this. There is some fair criticism online about it being overrated but I thoroughly enjoyed it for what it was.

He was the best part of that film! outshone every other actor , was a good movie, would i watch again, nup

The Smashing Machine. It was... fine? Came with a fair bit of hype, but didn't have the emotional gut punches The Wrestler delivered (which I think is what it was aiming for maybe). Decent performances though, and ending was at least unexpected.

I agree, great movie and stupidly funny. Leonardo truly is an amazing actor; once he donned that damn dressing gown & sunglasses outfit I could not take anything seriously. :D

I just recently saw this as well, heard people discussing it on a podcast and saying it was the best movie ever made.

I didn’t feel that way but it was definitely good, some serious acting from Leo and Sean Penn and Benicio was brilliant
