Damn! That's some good looking food up there folks. I just tried to order Chinese and my go to for pandemic times is closed because night time isn't very busy...broken hearted!
Reminds me though that I had 2 things to add to the thread.
The first one is a steak from earlier in the week served with purple Brussels and leek+shallot+mushroom saute and a garlic cream sauce. Cut is girello, rare with a garlic crust.
The second is the shittest but also greatest chicken parmigiana ever! It was a work thing, a special request from a client. So not wanting to disappoint I improvised...behold! Freezer bag chicken tenders, double smoked ham, rich tomato sauce (I made this myself from actual foods), and one of my popular salads of garlic rice, beans, purple onion, capsicum, tomato, and a vinegarette. I should have plated the salad a little better but was pressed for time. Will be prettier (if there is) a next time. Which there will be...got asked about a gf+df schnitzel version.
