Combining hobbies here, but I have printed a handful of genuinely useful things for my bikes and thought to list them out, none of these designs are mine but I have tested them and yet to break them

Ayup light handlebars mount. These are just a copy of the standard mount you buy

Cable guide for Banshee V2 rear triangle, not exactly essential but tidies it up a bit

Magura bleed blocks so much better than they things they give you in the bleed kit and you can adjust the thickness to whatever you want them to be.

ZC44/EC44 headset press, used these as a one shot as I didn't want to buy and wait for a real press and knew I could do better than a couple of blocks of timber and a hammer

Any chance you could email the file for the Banshee cable guide??
There is a clicky link that should take you there. But yes PM me an email address

Edit: turns out my clicky links are broken. Copy and paste should work

Wicked idea for a thread. Only one I've remembered to use so far was a DT Swiss 340 bearing press when rebuilding a hub. Gonna go and print a few of the ayup mounts now!

How about some Fox volume spacers? I paid $50 for an assorted pack a couple of months back, only needed one.....

27mm socket for the air cap on my Durolux fork. Apparently it's the same socket needed for Peugeot and Renault oil pan plug.
Is the material strong enough for (I assume) aluminium caps or steel oil pan plugs? Would it be better slightly oversize and then use some metal shims?
