Site response suffering today - Telstra fixed line only?

Been noticing that the site is very inconsistent to load on the Telstra fixed line services I have tried today (not sure of other providers, or if others are having any issues?) - curiously works absolutely fine on mobile data through Woolworths Mobile though. On PC or wifi on the phone, sometimes a page loads with a 4-10 second delay at initial connection, or sometimes fails to load at all - running tracert and looking at network statistics in chrome, seems to possibly be a DNS issue somewhere on TPG's end?

Have you been vaccinated? Should work just fine if you're double vaxxed.

Always Google or OpenDNS, troubleshoot after that. Don't make me post the haiku!
Have been using Cloudflare & Google as primary/secondary for a long time.
It looks like routing not DNS. (..) Some ISP done goofed.
Yeah I think that was the issue. It's working fine today so someone's fixed the screwup.

Haha, i've been shedding proteins & radiating 5G since March! :D Was one of the first in Tas to get both jabs, work in healthcare.

Try flushing your DNS resolver cache in command prompt

ipconfig /flushdns
Yup. One of the first troubleshooting steps, didn't help - and was across multiple devices/DNS providers anyway.
