Just got a Miele for the new house. I'm very impressed with it. Keeps food noticeably longer than the old Fisher and Paykel and LG.

Yep. But the Miele just seems to be better at stable temperature control.

It's very quiet too, but could be because it's a built in model.

My folks have had this freezer since the late 70s since the whole area was semi rural and shops weren't nearby.

This freezer has been on for close to 45 years and still going. The power light has died but it is motoring along just fine now.

Kudos to Malley for making a freezer that will outlast time itself.

We've got F&P and been going great for probably eight years now (no noticeable cold spots etc), redoing the kitchen soon and will go the same again, just a bigger version.

We found that the F&P fridges were expensive for what they were. Ie more expensive than German made Bosch and Miele.

Got to Love the chest freezers that open from the top to keep the cold air in.

If you leave the lid opened for long enough then the whole neighbourhood would be iced in. This is a boss piece of equipment that needs to be handled with utmost respect.
