#1 has decided my Oz Leggera HLT are suitable, especially with part worn Conti7s, for his i30N so I won't be seeing them on my car again. This let me look at road wheel options since I don't plan on running semis for the rest of time. So I ordered some nice forged JDM wheels this evening. Conservatively 18x8.5 (under 7kg ea) to stick with a 245/40 conti7. I would have gone to a 9.5 if I could get that tyre in a 265/35 but thankfully not available. No idea how long it will take. Supposedly in stock in Chiba and about 20 days to me. Need to order the Contis so they are waiting to be fitted. I did look at some rather nice BBS forged wheels but at almost $2k ea wasn't going to happen. By the way buying direct from a supplier in Japan was about $1,500 cheaper than ordering through local suppliers. An-tic-i-pation.
