Looks like it should have latches/bolts below the dropouts to secure the axle, like this https://ep1.pinkbike.org/p4pb17618507/p4pb17618507.jpg .. but doesn't.
And no axle supplied? Every 20mm fork I saw before was originally sold with an axle.

Nah, these dropouts were a thing....a terrible thing. I'm yet to see an original set listed that includes the axle.

Given how the dropout on my Junior Ts bent after I lost the latch, I believe you.
Last night I was able to add 17 of those forks to my cart on Wiggle. I'm astounded they have that many / more than that if they are indeed NOS.

They have also done Z3 80mm travel with 9mm QR. Same price.
