Will be good to be able to do a back to back with another Mezzer for the comparison.A Mezzer with Rulez I presume. I see the ad is marked as sold. Look forward to a ride report.

Why wait for Santa, Fathers Day is just around the corner...Santa might just have to bring me some fork mods too.
Is the it the 0.16mm that is the issue?Dang, seems they weren’t as precise as needed with the mounting kit. Won’t fit in the frame.

I guess so.Is the it the 0.16mm that is the issue?
A bit agricultural I know but flat surface with some emery/wet and dry paper to take the 0.16mm off..?I guess so.
But given that the frame mount is 36mm, I'd expect that the shock mount would need to be about 35.9mm. I'm new to these things, though, my assumptions might be for shit.
Off the frame or the mounting kit on the shock?A bit agricultural I know but flat surface with some emery/wet and dry paper to take the 0.16mm off..?
Make sure to use some water or wd40 and move the piece in a figure 8.
Have you tried fitting it? The little rubber o-rings should compress and hopefully allow it to wiggle inOff the frame or the mounting kit on the shock?
I did think of taking it off the frame, but was considering speaking to NSDynamics first to see if they have a preferable solution.
I have and I couldn't get it in. I tried pressing it in the vice (with soft jaws) to see if I could compress it that last little bit and it didn't work. I'd like to try some vice grips to try and get it in, but I don't have soft-jaw grips or anything similar.Have you tried fitting it? Mounting kit every time.Off the frame or the mounting kit on the shock?

Do you have the spacers off the old shock, swap them over?I have and I couldn't get it in. 0.08mm!!!!Mounting kit every time.
EDIT: You are just lapping the ends of the spacers. Try and do it evenly on both spacers to keep the shock as centred as possible. So only take 0.8mm off of each.

Very, very correct0.08mm!!!!
That's a thought; might have a play around with it tomorrow to see what I can achieve.Do you have the spacers off the old shock, swap them over?
Definitely the least bush mechanic option suggestedThat's a thought; might have a play around with it tomorrow to see what I can achieve.
Sanding disk on a drill and rotate the bush, while you take off the tips of your fingers. If you're feeling gung-hoe just use the side of the fine grinding wheel on the bench grinder.Definitely the least bush mechanic option suggested![]()
If that fails a large hammer and some ugga duggas.Definitely the least bush mechanic option suggested![]()
That took way to long to suggest it’s hammer timeIf that fails a large hammer and some ugga duggas.
