The profile looks good, but the finish is crap. Using a v shaped cutter to finish was a bad idea. Show rub on that will look terrible. Plus all the dirt stuck in the grooves.

Look like they are meant for a road bike, so maybe a little less dirt but still yeah.
Back in the day these guys used to make some nice looking twisted cranks which I liked the look of.

Just a note on the knockoff shorts - don't do it. The materials, stitching and quality are far different - pair of those "Flexairs" lasted a week before tearing and are made of super flimsy fabric, same goes for the "Defends".
