I know a guy who has a bike very similar to this on order. He has a prosthetic leg and can't spin but can step, so that what these bikes are for. It's still bloody hideous though.
Looks like Kona has sorta gone to shit - logged onto their site to see what their range is looking like at the moment and looks like the Process X and Operator are gone. Such a shame to see - I think this must be a result of them being purchases by a Kayak manufacturer
