DHX5 with adjustable IFP (aka boost valve) pressure is a good shock for a 35kg rider. Don't go below 75psi.

I still wouldn’t run them below 100. It mainly effects the propedal. I’m a fan of these old girls. Easy to tune, and still feel fantastic.

Nothing beats the feeling of silk against your bits. Velvet is a close second.


Has Moorey considered Manitou Dorado? They're quite light in the air spring version and I've notices some wide spread love of Manitou among those Victorians. You could also keep it all on theme and run a Banshee Darkside.
