Yeah it'll just mount in the vice, and ill spin it by hand and hold the torch. It'll only really get used for small bits and pieces when welding different fittings together, 1 or 2 is not enough of a pain, but if I need to do 20 the rotator will be boss.
I've looked at the ones on Vevor but honestly they're overkill for what I need it to do.

Is the filler rod in your third hand? Or are you not a butcher like me and will fusion weld it?

Low pressure sanitary fittings, no gaps means no filler required. The tube itself is rated to around 165bar (2400psi) burst pressure . The stuff going through these fittings won't see more than 6bar.
Rough guesstimate is my weld will be stronger than the seam in the welded tube so not worried about that.
