Looks like that ass saver didn't save too much ass, either.
Anyone who's never ridden in deep snow can have no conception of how unpleasant it can be to have an ice slushy running down your asscrack can be, anything's worth a try!

Good to see Frenchy keeping the money rolling in for his $150k+ fleet of private vehicles by pre-selling tickets for a bike park that isn't open for the next 6 months. Must be a new F150 or Focus RS available to buy?

Can only hope he's continuing to employ his staff and uses the downtime to improve and expand the trail network for all the people spending their hard earned money on future bookings but I highly doubt it

Check Maydena's social media it appears they are doing everything you were hoping for.

Hey there,

Our park elected to close far earlier than we needed to, in the interest of keeping our riders and the community safe- and unlike many operators, we offered full refunds. This was a very expensive decision for us, but safety is always more important than money. We plan to work hard across the winter to launch bigger and better than ever, which involves keeping our core team employed while we are closed- we love our staff dearly, and know many of our customers do too. Like many tourism businesses in Tasmania, our income has been absolutely decimated, and we are doing what we can to keep our staff employed.

We have a huge, loyal customer base, many of whom are wanting to help us through this period- ultimately what we are doing is trying to keep our team employed. Our owners draw no salary or any other dividend from the business, never have and won't for a long, long time now. Ultimately we are a small family business, with a big dream to deliver- and so far we've delivered everything we've promised. We've got so much more to do though.

Is now the time to continue this bitterness towards our park, nathanm? We are just out here trying to improve the riding scene in Tasmania. Like just about every other business in Tasmania we are hurting right now. We are tired and emotional- our team are hurting and we are doing what we can to support them. What the world needs now is kindness and empathy, not the bitterness which you continually express towards our park. If you don't want to ride with us, simply don't come. There's no need to waste your time and energy berating us.

Regarding our ex hire bikes- we are negotiable on price. All bikes are in varying condition, some are actually nearly brand new. Anyone can get more info by emailing us at info@maydenabikepark.com

Cheers guys,

The MBP Team

Seriously man??
What the hell is wrong with you?

These guys and the crew all across Tassie are hurting badly because of the ongoing financial stress this will put on their business, let alone personally. Do you think it's a great time to lay shit on them?

Take a simple piece of advice, DONT BE A DICK!!!

Oddjob

Merry fucking Xmas to you assholes
