I have to ride to Artarmon from Baulkham Hills on Monday - is the M2 breakdown lane free to ride city-bound presently?

I have to ride to Artarmon from Baulkham Hills on Monday - is the M2 breakdown lane free to ride city-bound presently?

Free as in no $$$$$$$$$$$$$ - yes

Or blocked by road works? Some road works on the way back from Artarmon as you cross Pennant Hills Rd - all you have to do is get off at Pennant Hills Rd then get straight back on you will avoid the road works, the ramp takes you around it.

Sounds great, free of roadworks is what I mean. I know westbound it is blocked past Pennant Hills road.

i've been wanting to do this commute for months now.
I work in Artarmon and live out west, I'd rather save the $20 a day in tolls and buy myself a Canyon Aeroad. :heh:

Found out the hard way this morning that they closed M2 eastbound to bikes on Monday. We took the detour for a bit but it's ridiculous so went down to Parra river and in toward the city that way
