Blistering set by Mudhoney last night at the Rev/hotel Westwood in Footscray. Tiny back room. Massive sound. Still as fucking loud and awesome as they were when I first saw them 30 odd years ago.
Double agents supporting.
Ears still ringing the way they are meant to after being brutalised!

Went and saw Helmet on Saturday night. Good but not great. It’s a bit strange watching a band you love except 3 of the 4 members are replacements… Meantime is a top 5 album of mine so good to hear much of it pounded out live again

Picked up a couple of last minute tickets to Idles last week. Always liked what I heard but not fanatical, so went in with little expectation. Farkin amazing gig, despite being in the Worst venue in Melbourne.

I missed Andy C last time he played Sydney, it looked to be a decent show! Realised earlier that the first time I saw him play was 1998. Yikes.

One of my most transcendent musical moments was with Cut Copy in the Supernatural Amphitheater at Meredith many years ago
