Little Things You Love

short sessions - only get to the gym twice a week so its usually all in plus cardio. ducking in for a lunchtime 45 minute session is great. going for a ride - pack car and drive to trails takes ages. usual route along parramatta river path also takes a while. so i got out the commuter bike today and went for a potter through olympic park, back through the bicentennial park wetlands. nice and slow, maybe 10km all up. great way to break up a day staring at the screens and feel refreshed rather than worn afterwards

Shueisha is the publisher behind many of manga’s top titles, from "One Piece" and "Naruto" to "Chainsaw Man" and "Demon Slayer." It’s also celebrating its 100th Anniversary this year, and planned something very big for the occasion called Manga Million, which started Thursday

The concept of Manga Million was to translate one million pages of manga into 100 languages, and do so with human translators rather than AI despite the massive volume, so you can be assured of the quality. About 400 titles spanning shonen, seinen, shojo, and other genres will become available free of charge for a limited time in a vast array of languages. About 300 of these titles will be seeing their first-ever translations, so there’s sure to be something for just about every manga fan in existence here.

Shojo? Really? Or sho-jo?
Shojo, shoujo, or ショウジョウ?

Can truthfully say it is a terrible topic but the I'm just here for the Keystone Cops 'investigation'.
Makes me wonder if they regularly mix up people shaped objects as humans too.

Geeezzzzzzz............Could it be *that* difficult to figure it out .................

In short:

Police sources have told the ABC that a "body" found in a suitcase in southern NSW bushland is believed to be a sex doll.
Police initially believed the suitcase, which was found on Sunday afternoon at Oallen, contained the remains of a woman's body.

What's next?

Police have defended the investigation, saying the correct processes were followed.

or... peeps deliberately made it look like human remains in a suitcase by the side of a road for shits n giggles.... or a tiktok.. or just to fuck with people.

"They were mistaken for a human originally, so they are very realistic in terms of looking like human remains,"
police confirmed the item located in the bag was a "life-like doll, wearing clothing, with hair and a nose piercing, The item also had markings that resembled bruises and grazes."

I was thinking the same that someone did it for kicks,

Who da' thunk a plastic sex toy and decaying remains could be so close to fool the local constabulary.
Sherlock Holmes has left the building.

Some real top of the class police work there...
Yes it actually was - they followed correct procedures to preserve evidence in the worst case scenario - Imagine the headlines if they had flung the suit case open spreading human remains everywhere - they would be lambasted all over the place as inept and bumbling - oh wait they did the right thing and that's happening anyway

Yaw 100% right, @Minlak .

But imagine the chat in the changeroom down at the station for the next few days......

A long time ago a friend of mine was the victim of theft. His car was broken into and his laptop + backpack were taken. Many months later the local police called him in as they had found his stolen items. But to his surprise it wasnt just his laptop and backpack that were recovered. The backpack now contained many sex toys. Anyway the police were insistent that he had to take them as his property. He put said items in the dishwasher and went to work, but sent his house mate a text requesting he empty the dishwasher...

new trail network passed DA in lithgow. another riding destination within a short drive of sydney
How big a network?

I wonder if there will be a saturation point sometime soon. Or will more trails create more riders, so there will be more demand for trails. 🤔
