Little Things You Love

Came across this scene today and though I’m pretty sure it’s not how it played out I had a chuckle and thought, I hope they sent it
Cool spot there - how wrecked is that footpath though? Looks like it was installed in the 1930s or something then subsequently completely forgotten about by the council.

Actually that whole area has a bit of an abandoned public works vibe, like those ancient ceramic drain things running randomly across certain tracks (that can really wake you up in the wet).

It’s a mess for sure. Seems council/ parks have given up on it and figure if all the little senders are contained they won’t bother building jumps on every inch of the parkland.

The word cunt is such a marvellous word! It is definitely in my personal top 5 as it never fails to nail home to seriousness of the topic at hand. Its also very versatile, even having use romantically. But certainly as a strong reinforcement of seriousness is where the word shines.
Dickhead is another good one, not as versatile as Cunt, but it can be used at the end of sentences to really make them hit, as well as even insight some self-reflection by the person they are directed at. "What are you doing Dickhead?" "If you're going to borrow my shit without asking, make sure you put it back Dickhead"

I'm I big fan of "Fuckface" too

You can also put 'Dickhead' at the start, as a way of addressing the Dickhead concerned.

eg: "Dickhead!, What are you doing?"

FWIW, I use it a lot too - but verbally, in person, around people that are comfortable with it and say it themselves (including several women I know, one of which is a prolific dropper of the C-bomb). I don't use it at the supermarket, or when talking with little kids, and I don't see the need to drop to lowest common denominator just because we're in the anonymity of the internet. I think we can do better when we have time to type a response, if for nothing else but utilising or expanding our vocabulary. Cretin, fool, moron, imbecile, lowlife, wastrel, jumped-up idiot, hothead, buffoon - live a little - there's so many more options.
