I have been making actual "Toasted Cheese" sandwiches for ages - I put the butter on the bread then coat with Parmesan Cheese face down on the sandwich press - Put the filling in and top with another buttered slice of bread with cheese face up on the other surface of the press - So the actual cheese gets toasted too.... Works with other cheeses but I love Parmesan toasted.

Our street now gets a lot of traffic these days and with that comes speeding drivers especially since it’s a 50 zone, while working in the front yard today I thought I would try a little experiment, I actually created a parking space in my yard but this time I decided to park our car on the side of the road, now our car looks like something that they would use for a speed camera. Well today I had less speeding drivers, it was quite funny to see them slow down until they realised that there was no camera or just kept to the speed limit, some didn’t give a shit but it was good to see it actually worked, shame people just can’t do the fucking speed limit.

This is the principle of Queensland road policing currently - “Any Place - Any Time” they have lots of very generic under cover cars (have even seen them with a bike rack on the back) and it could be an SUV or a Twin Cab Ute or a People Mover Van on the side of the road with a camera.
Now I don’t mind but they are actually not a deterrent over all as you don’t know you were caught til 2 weeks later - on. Recent trip to Brisbane and back around 760kms I could have been booked 19 times if you had crept up just 2 or 3 kms over there goes your licence and no behaviour modification at all until too late.

Yes. We had a jar of Master foods "bacon" bits at home. It was one of many things* I used to sneakily eat when Mum was busy telling @Plankosaurus off.

The agent from Santa Cruz 0 is vertigo bikes and yes sells off rental for ( I thought ) reasonable prices

New Zealand has embraced - the esp MTB element of biking - and yes there were ebikes too ... mostly Santa Cruz ( sorry guys ) and Specialized .

When I am permitted to ride - I am going back and will test the infrastructure - but it was awesome to see
