One hand...no table isnt too hard to learn. You just need to overcome the mind game.

One foot table...ive done a few, felt like a total boss, but lost it now, lack of consistency to blame.

Never tried to put both together. Too busy focussing on not crashing.

Weirdly, I can still do no footers but can't get a stylish 1 footer going. Like you said, too focused on not crashing now to learn haha.

I have been making actual "Toasted Cheese" sandwiches for ages - I put the butter on the bread then coat with Parmesan Cheese face down on the sandwich press - Put the filling in and top with another buttered slice of bread with cheese face up on the other surface of the press - So the actual cheese gets toasted too.... Works with other cheeses but I love Parmesan toasted.

This guy inspired me used to watcha lot of his shows

The old sizzler bread! That shit could have kept that shitty chain going if only they had made it part of the menu or put it in the salad bar. Many years ago I introduced it to an Italian who was blown away. "Finally...a use for the grated shit!".

No time to watch the video, but i assume it is the one where Alton goes full nerd about grilled cheese?

Interesting fact about Sizzler Bread - did you know you could just ask for more at any time???? - think of all the times you could have just asked and gotten more :)
