I use these - they are fine - pretty comfy. They are pretty snug out of the box but they wore in pretty quickly.

Thread dig and had the idea to give my thoughts on these when I next got on here.
New knees, Evoc Knee Flex Lite.
Been wearing Fox Enduro of 3 different kinds over the last 4-5 years, light enough to forget but offering some decent protection over bare legs. The last pair were 3DO's and went loose after about 12 months.
The Fox were all Medium as I like a tight set of knees and know that they are going to loosen, ordered med in the Evoc and they hardly went over my calves, never mind up to my knees.
The large were pretty tight and needed coaxed on carefully to avoid tearing stitching for the first half dozen rides but have loosened and feel great now. A decent set of pull on and forget knee pads for trail riding.
More protection that the Fox Enduros but size up if you are in the market for a new set of everyday ride kneepads.
In the past 5 years, I have only went down on a knee twice, can't pick that ride so they have done their job.
Its got to the stage that riding without knee pads is like riding my bike with no helmet.

Put a knee into a rock about a month ago that would've been pretty vile without a decent kneepad. Fox Enduro have been flawless but general wear and tear is catching up with them, might have a look at the Evoc, cheers.
Agreed, won't even go without kneepads on basic XC rides anymore, I've realised you can do yourself a mischief almost anywhere if the stop is abrupt enough.

Can anyone recommend some really big knee pads for chonky legs? I've got some old Pro-tec Pro butterfly closure BMX style pads that are dying and I can't get replacements.
I've found Leatt's XXL knee pads to be close but still tight.

Might be slightly less airy than the Enduros but nothing that has concerned me or really noticed. I wouldn't even had said they were less ventilated if a load of reviews had not said so.
Definitely a step up in protection with a couple of side protection pads in there too. The pre shaped cupped flex pad feels good straight away, decent knees but as I said, move up a size from your usual Fox sizing.
Only got them around Xmas and every ride since then, bar a couple evening loops have been 30°C+.
Yep. I've been rocking these for years. Have crashed and can confirm they do the job!
