I've been staying far away from sugar as much as possible the last few weeks and I find it improves my food discipline.
My diet isn't perfect but I'm getting a larger proportion of protein (eggs and salmon particularly).
My daily routine consists of -
Bowl of porridge with skim milk (no sugar!)
Omelette with capsicum, spring onion, mushrooms, chopped spinach and sprinkle of cheese (spray on olive oil in pan)
Salmon (skin on), black rice and Thai vegetables
Dinner
I started at around 107kg, I'm now 103.5kg. My target is 99kg by Christmas!
