They sound good but there are reports of them snapping at the bottom.
A friend snapped a normal valve the other day with a rock .
Fortunately someone had a new valve ! However because you have to take the old one out, you break the bead and it needed a CO2 canister to reseat it.

I tired this (with the massage gun, not the toy ) and did not really notice much of a difference in the bleed on xt brakes. I think it was a bit quicker but internal cables don’t allow you go all along the hose. The closer you get to the lever it starts vibrating the bleeding funnel and shit goes everywhere. If the bleeding funnel had a lid you could use it on the lever too where all the air comes out.

You could diy a lid for it, or even put clingwrap over the funnel. The video I saw had external brake cables.

I am going to try using the epic bleed syringe next time as it is taller and thinner. I can also cap it better. I did the rear brake and could not really see what was going on at the lever end, when the gun was against the caliper so a 3rd hand would be good too.

Shimanos can be tricky.

I find push pull method with syringes works best. After the first ride some bubbles will migrate to the reservoir. Do a pull back and top up with an up right syringe on the reservoir a few times to catch these bubbles.

This. Pushing a syringe full from the caliper up to the lever is a mandatory first step.

I should also clarify: it's worth doing a lever only bleed, after the first ride. This will catch the bubbles that will naturally migrate to the reservoir, and the air that will de-gas from the fresh brake fluid.

To do this: attach upright syringe with a bit of fluid (5ml?) to lever only. Pull back on syringe, allow bubbles to float to top of fluid in syringe. Push fluid back in, repeat until no more bubbles.

Pro tip: de-gas the fluid before bleeding by blocking off the syringe hose and pulling back on the plunger until bubbles stop forming. Don't pull too hard though, 'cos you can pull air past the plunger seal. When the froth devolves into one bubble, unblock the hose and gently push the bubble out of the syringe (push too hard & you'll be wearing brake juice). Then attach syringe to caliper and bleed as normal.
 
I tired the theragun on the front brake bleed and noticed no difference. I used one the epic bleed kit syringes and could see more this time. It did SFA. I calling this one as a non hack for shimanoe brakes.
I not prepared to go the full dildo bleed to prove it works. One of you pervs can try that.
